Refund policy

NATI is a slow fashion brand with a strict code towards environmentally conscious practices to reduce our carbon footprint as a brand at every step of the way. We trust our customers to make a mindful purchase and minimize the wastage of resources at all stages. We do not encourage returns and our support team is happy to assist all our customers through their queries regarding the products they wish to buy before they make any purchase. We value our customers and would never leave them dissatisfied. We understand the need for a return or exchange may arise from time to time. However, in order to limit returns and promote mindful shopping, we offer a single return/exchange for your product.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can raise a ticket with our support team at support@thestudionati.com within 7 days of delivery. We accept returns as long as all the tags are in place and the product has not been worn and is in original condition. Once the return/exchange is approved you can either ship to our address – (We.Am, Plot – 249, Sec-13, Lane – 3, Nanak Nagar, Jammu. 180004) or the support team can arrange a pick-up for you. Please note that Nati does not cover any cost of returns.

If, in an unlikely event, you receive a damaged or defected piece, please contact the support team immediately after delivery of the product so that we can assist you the best possible way from our end.

Final-Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. All final sale items are noted as such in the product description.

Once the return item is received, it will be inspected before a refund is approved. After approval, refund will be initiated within 2 working days. The refund amount will reflect in the customer’s account within 7-8 working days after the refund has been initiated. You can also opt for store credit or exchange as an option.

If you want to revise/cancel an order, you can only do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, the order can no longer be modified or cancelled.

For security reasons, Nati reserves the right to flag any customer for making returns too frequently.
